Further chapters in my tale unfolded at the STG computer institute, where I pursued proficiency in SQL and Java. Once again, I was entrusted with the privilege of guiding others as a faculty member. This role not only enriched my knowledge but allowed me to empower aspiring minds.
Steering my ship towards new horizons, I ventured into BPOs. I honed my communication and problem-solving skills in companies like EXL, Convergys, and InfoVision. Scaled to Quality Compliance Analyst and then an Assistant Manager position. The dynamic nature of this realm taught me invaluable lessons in leadership, customer service, and attention to detail.
An electrifying decade in B2B sales followed, where I orchestrated a remarkable feat – propelling revenue by 600%. This journey was not just about numbers; it was a testament to my commitment, strategic thinking, and ability to forge lasting relationships.
The voyage did not end there. A burning desire for continuous growth propelled me to embark on a transformative quest. I undertook a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from Great Learning. My dedication shone as I maintained an “A” grade throughout the program.
My data journey was not confined to the walls of academia alone. I sought knowledge from diverse sources, engaging in extensive self-learning and exploring supplementary courses. As a result of all the hard work, I won a hackathon.
